Josie is recognized as one of the Bay Area’s foremost authorities on court reporting. She has been a licensed Certified Shorthand Reporter in the state of California since 1976 and has reported thousands of depositions. Josie was instrumental in organizations such as Bay Area General Reporters Association, having been an active member since its infancy. In 2002, she purchased Talty Court Reporters, Inc. and has continued to maintain the highest in professional standards.

professional background is in small business management which emphasizes a strong
